About the roleAre you ready to be a part of driving retail excellence within a growing global network of cultural venues? Fotografiska is now seeking a Global Retail Coordinator to join our Global Retail team.
As a Global Retail Coordinator, you will support the Global Retail Team in coordinating, administering, and executing retail operations across all markets. The position combines administrative and project-based responsibilities with a focus on procurement, product management, agreement handling, and retail support. The role reports to the Global Director of Retail.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Maintain and administer our Wholesale, orders, and deliveries.
- Register and update SKUs, prices, and product information.
- Coordinate global merchandise projects and production follow-up.
- Handle agreements, royalty reports, and artist communication.
- Manage purchasing processes and supplier contacts.
- Process invoices and reconcile with Retail and Finance.
- Coordinate stores with process flows, guidance, and support.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate shipments, samples, and product photo sessions for e-commerce.
- Provide printing files and manage supplier data.
- Support the Global Retail Manager and venues with merchandise design and production.
- Always strive to optimise administrative processes.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, retail, economics, purchasing, or a similar field.
- Previous experience of purchasing, and knowledge of supply chain procedures is meritorious but not a requirement.
- Previous experience of Shopify and Rillion is desired.
- Good English skills, both spoken and in writing.
